As with any apartment or flat it is always wise to see it in parson, photographs can do the place justice but you will be living there and it is always advisable to get a sense of space and perspective before signing on the dotted line. Ascertain too if the place is furnished or unfurnished and if the latter is there adequate provision and ease of access for moving in your own furniture. If it is furnished always make sure the furniture is inspected and be aware of what constitutes wear and tear and what is considered damages.
